This page explains how THE ROOM STUDIO handles your personal data when you contact us.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, phone, email, message and any room photos you attach. We collect no other data.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not use the data for marketing and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who processes the data
We use the Web3Forms service to deliver the form to our email. The data is not stored on the website.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. To do so, write to us at the email below.
Cookies
Cookies needed for the site to work are always set. Google Fonts and Google Maps are also loaded and may set technical cookies. If you agree in the cookie notice, a Meta (Facebook) pixel is loaded, which we use to measure advertising results. Without your consent it is not loaded, and you can withdraw consent by clearing your browser data.
