THE ROOM STUDIO makes and installs furniture to drawings as a subcontractor for builders, general contractors, interior designers and companies. We produce in our own workshop in Piņķi near Riga and install with our own team across Latvia and in Norway; making starts from 1 week after the design is approved, and the work carries a 5-year warranty.

What do we make for projects?
Built-in wardrobes, walk-in closets, kitchens, sliding doors, concrete worktops and wooden furniture. They suit apartments in new developments, offices, hotel rooms and schools, wherever furniture has to fit a specific room rather than a stock size.
We can make a single piece or several identical pieces from one drawing. The minimum order is 1 piece.
How do we work with a general contractor?
You send drawings or a specification, and we prepare a quote that shows the furniture and the installation separately. If the site is in Riga or roughly 30 km around it, we measure on site free of charge.
Once approved, the furniture is made in our workshop, and we deliver and install it ourselves. We do not hand installation to subcontractors, so one team and one contact answer for the furniture package on site.
Prices and lead times
Wooden furniture starts at €600, concrete worktops at €700, sliding doors at €800, built-in wardrobes and walk-in closets at €1,000 and kitchens at €3,000. Hardware is included, installation is charged separately, and the deposit is 50%.
Making starts from 1 week after the design is approved. A kitchen takes 6 weeks from approval to finished installation; in Norway it is 8 weeks to installation.
Materials and warranty
We use boards from Egger, Kronospan, Fondi and Abet Laminati and hardware from Blum and Hettich. Fronts can be board, MDF, painted, glass or mirror, and we also work with plywood, solid wood, metal and concrete.
Our work carries a 5-year warranty. It does not cover scratches, normal wear and mechanical damage.

We make furniture and concrete products to your design and under your brand. This suits interior designers who need exact execution of their own drawings, and companies that want furniture or concrete objects carrying their brand.
Projects in Norway
Most of our more than 100 projects were carried out in Scandinavia and Norway, and THE ROOM STUDIO is built on more than 10 years of experience. We take the furniture to Norway ourselves, and our own team installs it there. The minimum order in Norway is 20,000 NOK.
