Making and delivery times
Handmade for you
Every wooden piece we make is a unique piece of handwork, made with a craftsman’s care and a love of wood. We do not work on mass-production lines — every order is made individually, with you in mind.
Because each item gets our full attention and careful finishing, please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made, depending on how busy we are. Thank you for valuing real craftsmanship and for waiting patiently for your special purchase!
Once the order is ready we hand the parcel over to Omniva, and delivery to the parcel locker you have chosen usually takes 1–2 working days.
Delivery
We send orders through the Omniva parcel locker network across Latvia. You choose the locker when you place your order.

- Delivery is free on orders from 50 €
We pack the parcels and hand them to the carrier from our workshop at Rūpnieku iela 8, Piņķi.
Payment
You pay for your order in the shop straight away, at the checkout step. Payments are processed by the MakeCommerce payment platform, which is owned by Maksekeskus AS.
The payment methods available are:
- Latvian bank payments — Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Visa and Mastercard payment cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
Once the payment goes through, we automatically send an order confirmation and an invoice in PDF format to your email address. We start making your order once the payment reaches us.
You can buy as a private person or as a company. If a company is buying, choose “Company” in the order form and give the company name and registration number — we will make the invoice out to the company.
Prices
All the prices in the shop are final — exactly what you pay. Prices include 21 % Latvian VAT. The delivery charge is added separately and is shown before you confirm the order.
