2. Prices
Prices in the shop are given in euros and are final. They include 21 % Latvian VAT. The delivery charge is added to the order separately and is shown before you confirm the order.
3. Orders
When you place an order, a distance contract is concluded between the buyer and The Room Studio, SIA. Before you confirm it, you see what the order contains, the price and the delivery charge.
4. Natural wood
All the boards are made of oiled cherry, a natural material. Every tree has a structure of its own, so no board is identical to another: the figure, the pattern of the growth rings and the depth of tone all differ. Even within a single board, the glued strips are deliberately of different tones.
That is a natural property of the material, not a shortcoming. A surface that is not perfectly smooth is not treated as a fault either — wood is not an industrially uniform material, and a slight feel of texture is normal.
The photographs in the shop give an idea of the product, but the board you receive may differ in figure and tone from the one in the picture.
5. Guarantee
The boards do not come with a separate commercial guarantee — this is an everyday item that wears naturally in use. Natural wear, cutting marks and scratches are not treated as faults.
This does not limit your statutory rights: if the goods do not conform to the contract, you have the right to make a claim under the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
6. Delivery and right of withdrawal
The delivery terms are described in the Delivery and payment section, and the withdrawal and returns procedure in the Right of withdrawal and returns section. Both sections are an integral part of these terms.
