14-day right of withdrawal
When you buy online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.
How to use the right of withdrawal
Tell us about the withdrawal within 14 days — write to info@theroomstudio.lv or call +371 27 780 077. In your message, give the order number, your name and your contact details. It is enough that you send the notice before the deadline runs out.
Returning the goods
Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us about the withdrawal.

When you use the right of withdrawal, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the buyer. Please pack the item so that it is not damaged in transit.
You may look at the item and check it just as you could in a shop. If the item has been used more than is needed to establish its nature and properties, the buyer is responsible for any loss in its value.
Refunds
We refund the money no later than 14 days from the moment we receive the item back, or proof that it has been sent. We make the refund by the same means as the payment was received, unless we have agreed otherwise.
If the item is damaged or does not match the order
If the item you receive is damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost of sending it back. Get in touch with us and, if you can, attach a photo — we will agree on a replacement or a refund.
Please note: the natural figure of the wood, differences in tone and a surface that is not perfectly smooth are not faults in the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to individual order or personalised to the buyer’s instructions — boards with a customer’s logo, for example.
